1. Who provides this service

The overit.com.ua platform is provided by Verde Holding Kft. (8220 Balatonalmádi, Mátyás király utca 65., Hungary; registration number 19-09-525260; tax number 32872608-2-19). Contact: info@verdeholding.hu.

Overit Ukraine is an independent directory. We are not affiliated with any Ukrainian state authority and we are not an official register.

2. What the service is

Overit Ukraine presents data on Ukrainian legal entities gathered from official open registers: registration details, directors, founders, activity codes and the financial statements the state has published.

The public part of the site is free and needs no account. The dashboard at /app/ requires signing in; it gives access to no data that is not already on the public pages.

3. Where the data comes from, and on what terms

The sources are the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Ministry of Justice) and the company financial statements dataset (State Statistics Service), both under CC BY 4.0, together with the Unified Register of Debtors, court insolvency announcements and Prozorro.

The licence requires attribution and we give it — in the footer of every page, with the date of the load. The same terms reach you: the data is open, and we claim no exclusive rights over it.

4. What the data does and does not mean

This site shows a copy of open data, not an official extract. The record in the register itself is what has legal effect, not our page. Check the source before acting on anything that matters.

The data is not continuously updated: the Ministry of Justice republishes its extract weekly, the State Statistics Service publishes its datasets separately, and we load a new snapshot by hand. The footer carries the date of the last one.

The Overit score measures how complete our record of a company is, not how trustworthy the company is. It is not a credit rating and not an assessment of solvency.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice.

5. Acceptable use

Reading, searching and linking to pages is free. The public API is open and needs no key.

Do not place load on the service that degrades it for others: bulk automated querying belongs on the API, and the open datasets themselves are available directly from data.gov.ua, where they are complete and need nothing from us.

Do not use data about individuals to harass, threaten or otherwise intrude on anyone's private life.

6. Accounts

Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

You may delete your account at any time by writing to info@verdeholding.hu. We may close an account used for anything section 5 describes as unacceptable.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verde Holding Kft. accepts no liability for damages arising from possible inaccuracies in the open data or from interruptions to the service.

This does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

8. Data about people

The register names directors and founders, and those names appear on this site. How we handle them — including the fact that a name page is not a person's page — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

If a record about you is inaccurate, or you believe it should not be shown, write to info@verdeholding.hu with a link to the page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
