About Overit Ukraine
A directory of Ukrainian companies built only from official open data, with the source named for every figure.
What we do
We take the open datasets the Ukrainian state publishes, join them together and present them in a form a person can read: one page per company, with registration data, directors, founders, activity and the financial statements for every year that has been published.
Every figure carries where it came from, down to the row of the statutory form. Values we compute ourselves are labelled as calculated by Overit and are never presented as something the state published.
What we do not do
We do not invent data. Where a company filed nothing, the figure is absent rather than filled with a zero or an estimate.
We do not publish the register of ultimate beneficial owners, we do not show individuals' addresses, and we do not create profiles for sole traders: those are natural persons, and in Ukraine right now that is not only a privacy question.
We do not scrape competitors and we do not work around any access control. Everything here comes from datasets anybody can download from data.gov.ua.
Who is behind it
Overit Ukraine is part of a network of company directories run by Verde Holding Kft. (Hungary). The sibling sites are listed in the footer; each works with its own national register.
We are not affiliated with any Ukrainian state authority and we are not an official register. The record in the register itself is what has legal effect.
