What this form means

Members of a ТОВ are not liable for the company's debts out of their own property — their risk is limited to their contribution to the share capital. That is why it is the default form for almost any commercial activity.

There is no statutory minimum capital; it can be one hryvnia. It can have anywhere from one member upwards, and members may be individuals or other companies, including foreign ones.

A ТОВ files financial statements, so for most of them this site holds revenue, profit and balance-sheet figures for the years the State Statistics Service published.
