Insolvency proceedings
Court announcements in insolvency cases, published officially.
Insolvency announcements are published by the courts and available as open data. The profile lists them newest first: date, event type, case number and court.
A single announcement does not mean a case is open or closed. The sequence is what carries meaning: proceedings opened, a procedure introduced, bankruptcy declared, the case closed. That is why we show the list rather than one status.
The status “insolvency proceedings opened” can also appear in the ЄДР record itself — a separate register field, not always in step with the latest court announcement.
An open case changes the character of any dealings with the company: payments can later be challenged, and claims join a queue.
